Booking conditions

IF YOU LIKE TO RENT THE AMUSEMENT RIDE OR ORDER A EVENT PACKAGE, WHICH YOU OFFER TO YOU, PLEASE CONTACT US BY TELEPHONE OR THROUGH THE INTERNET TO HAVE THE NECESSARY INFORMATION YOU NEED.

1.CALCULATE AND RENTAL PRICE- You have to sign a contract with the calculated price based on the contractual conditions. It can be concrete sum or percent of the incomes.

2. PAYMENT:- after negotiating the rental price,24 hours before the date at the event the entire sum must be paid. / At bank way or in the office of the company / . You get invoice for the service.

3. TRANSPORTATION AND PLACEMENT: the transportation is done by the company and is count inthe price. The time needed for installing per ride is approximately from 10 to 30 minutes . After termination of the negotiated time for the meeting the same time is needed to pick up the rides.

4. EARLY SET-UP/LATE REMOVAL: If an early set-up or a late removal is required then an additional fee will apply for every following hour.

5. POWER ADAPTER – All rides need 220V electricity to work.. The client is responsible for providing power to each game . Generators are available if power is not on site.

6. VENUE ACCESS: Our pricing is based on delivering equipment to venues that have flat level access. If the venue has stairs or difficult access there will be an additional set-up charge.

7. WET WEATHER: In the event of bad weather you need to call the office of Lotoland if you wish to postpone your event. You need to contact us before we leave our base. If we arrive on site and the decision is made to cancel/postpone due to poor weather, full payment will be required. If you postpone before we leave our baseyou can transfer your payments to any booking with Lotoland within a twelve month period.

8. STAFF: Games come with fully trained and experienced staff

9. DO IT YOURSELF HIRE: Many of our games can be hired on a do it yourself basis. Then there are additional points in the contract.

10. AGE LIMIT: Most games are suitable for age 3 or over. On every ride is written for what age is available.

11. THE POLICY TICKETS: the assurance on the security of your child. On in the price.
